By commissioning me, you agree
to the following:
Usage Rights
I retain full rights to my artwork. I may use any commissioned piece for promotion, portfolio, and social media.
Client Use
You may use your commission for personal use (profile pictures, banners, etc.).
Commercial use must be discussed and may require an additional fee.
Payment
Payments are required upfront. Work will not begin until payment is received.
What You'll Get
Custom digital artwork based on your request. Delivered digitally (NO physical item) !
Process & Revisions
- I will provide a sketch for approval before continuing with the finished product. Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.
- Additional changes after approval will cost extra UNLESS there is an error on my part! (never be afraid to let me know)
Turnaround Time
Estimated completion time: typically 2–5 days after sketch approval, depending on commission type. Larger projects (such as reference and character sheets) may take up to 1-2 weeks. I will communicate any delays!
Refunds
- Please only commission me if you are financially comfortable doing so. All commissions are non-refundable once work has begun.
- If I am unable to complete your commission or significant delays occur, I may offer a partial or full refund depending on progress.

- Heavy Gore / Heavy Violence
- Anything offensive or that makes me uncomfortable
